Description
Great served with almost any meal
Ingredients
| 2 | loaves of french bread cut into 1/2" slices | |
| 1 | head of garlic | |
| 6 | T | olive oil plus 1 tablespoon |
Instructions
Preheat over to 400 degrees. Cut the top off the head of garlic about exposing just the tops of the cloves. Brush the cut side with 1 tbls of oil. Place in a small pan, cover the top with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes until it feels soft to the touch. Remove and let cool. Brush the bread slices with oil, spread over a bit of roasted garlic and return to the over for 6-8 minutes.
